Best of luck today digger, I'd be surprised if ye don't do it.
......just said I'd check in briefly ahead of today's game to wish you well.
I'll post again in a bit more detail later on.

Many Happy Returns to all.

In as much as I'd love to be able to like The Defenders Christmas offerings, I think they're indefensible.

DTCWA is a bit of a masterpiece really.

Lovely to meet you Shugster, and so many others from these parts, some for the first time, I hope everyone got home safe and sound, epic journeys from Mike and Connie, Mike McCarthy over from Germany, the lads down from Stornaway and all parts of Scotland.
Well done to Taffy on his superb organisation, everything went off to a T, no trouble at all, great to meet Mrs Taff again. The venue was ideal, once we eventually got there after being a bit delayed by hundreds of women waving knickers in the air, I kid you not - maybe they heard Barry Devlin was in town !
A great night musically and socially, Myles slotted in brilliantly with the lads, Johnny was in sparkling form and they played a terrific set, super to hear Guests of The Nation, I had to break it to Hugh about the death of the cat, we recovered from it though.
All in all, a great night, well done again Rob.

Another question, we were thinking of visiting the Titanic centre while we're above there,
Is it better to book tickets in advance or are we safe enough to rock on in there on the Sunday ?

I'd love to have gone, if I was a bit nearer to Belfast I'd have been up like a shot, I must get to the Lament before long.
Thanks for posting the pics Taffy.

Good to hear from you Stefan F, I was wondering where you'd got to.

My Irish isn't great , but I think Lady in Red would translate to bhean i dearg, which would sound very much identical phonetically to Fanny Dearg.
No bother getting that one on the radio.

and wasn't it great see trump get a bloody nose with the House of Reps control going to the Democrats !

Oops getting a bit political again, don't care though.

I see Trump couldn't be ARSED to attend a Remembrance Day commemoration ceremony today, the weather was a bit too wet for him......this the guy who said he'd take on a shooter unarmed.

Great stuff , well done lads......a complete fiasco.

I love the line at the end of the video credits ;
" No MLAs were harmed in the making of this video,
We couldn't find any "

T-shirt received Taffy, smashing job - well done !

If anyone spots a slightly lost looking fella meandering around Belfast wearing one of those tees on the Saturday, then more than likely it's me....stop and say hello!

A question Taffy, for a friend obviously, if one is not seated does that mean one is near the bar ?

Thanks Taffy, the Mac sounds very tempting, extremely unlikely though that I could make Belfast twice.
